Bereitschaft zur Tätigkeit als Allgemeinmediziner durch Multiple Mini-Interviews (MMI): Auch wenn MMIs mit der Bewertung von praktischer ärztlicher Tätigkeit im Studium korrelieren, halten wir es aufgrund internationaler [2] und eigener Erfahrungen mit dem seit 2009 durchgeführten Hamburger MMI kaum für möglich, damit eine nicht vorgetäuschte Motivation oder spätere Wahl der Facharztrichtung der meist sehr jungen Studienbewerber vorherzusagen.

Estimating the willingness to work as a GP in a rural area by means of multiple mini interviews (MMI): Even though MMIs are correlated with the evaluation of undergraduate practical medical work, we consider this suggestion – based on both international [2] and our own eight year experience with the Hamburg MMI – barely feasible to predict an unfeigned motivation or later choice of specialization among the still very young applicants.
