وتشير هذه الفروق في نسب الزيادة بين أعداد المدارس من جهة ونسب الزيادة في أعداد الطلاب، والطالبات من جهة أخرى إلى توجه المملكة لمواجهة الزيادة المستقبلية المتوقعة في أعداد السكان وتهيئة الفرصة لكل طفل للالتحاق بالمدارس في جميع أنحاء المملكة.
