Financing by a State other than the French Republic If, in agreement with the other Contracting Parties and the cooperating States, a Contracting Party or cooperating State directly bears part of the C.SIS installation costs, this expenditure shall be apportioned to the Contracting States in accordance with the distribution key laid down by the French Contracting Party for the financial year in which the expenditure is made
