It is also provided that proprietors of medicinal preparations containing phenylpropanolamine whose formulas do not conform to the foregoing must request cancellation of the certificate within a period not exceeding 180 (one hundred and eighty) days of the date of publication of the Order in the Official Bulletin, after which cancellation shall be automatic.

Que también establece que aquellos titulares de especialidades medicinales que contienen fenilpropanolamina que no adecuen las fórmulas a lo indicado precedentemente, deberán solicitar la cancelación del certificado en un plazo no mayor a los 180 (ciento ochenta) días de publicada la disposición en el Boletín Oficial, vencido el cual la cancelación será automática.
