Zu diesem Zweck sieht die Pilotaktion einen Zuschuß der Gemeinschaft zur Durchführung eines kohärenten Programms für mehrere Sektoren ab 1986 vor, das die Tätigkeit der Agentur während der Anlaufphase betrifft und anschließend eine Verbesserung der sozioökonomischen öffentlichen Strukturen im Verwaltungsbezirk (Nomos) von Grevena herbeiführen soll.
