وسوف تصدر وحدة الاعتماد التابعة لدائرة المراسم إلى جميع الوفود المشتركة في مونتيري التصاريح المرمزة بالألوان الخاصة بالقاعة الرئيسية، وتصدر لها كذلك تصاريح خاصة بكل اجتماع مائدة مستديرة من اجتماعات الموائد المستديرة الاثنتي عشرة للمؤتمر.
