With the results obtained it was found that, even before the little realization of the principles of the National Curricular Guidelines, the majority of the graduates evolved in their process of professional development with the support of activities that provide the opportunity for a systematic reflection between the teaching and learning theories, conflicts found during the period of managing the classes, and its relation with the system of beliefs that founded the practices employed in the Schools.
