Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft eine saure wässrige partikuläre Zusammensetzung enthaltend neben Eisen(lll)-Ionen, Fluorid-Ionen und mindestens einem wasserunlöslichem, dispergiertem organischen Bindemittel ein wasserunlösliches, dispergiertes oxidisches Pigment mit hoher Stabilität gegenüber Agglomeration für die autophoretische Abscheidung von organisch-anorganischen Hybridschichten auf Metalloberflächen, wobei die Zusammensetzung zusätzlich mindestens ein anionisches Netzmittel enthält, das funktionelle Gruppen ausgewählt aus Sulfonaten, Phosphonaten und/oder Carboxylaten aufweist.

The present invention relates to an acidic, aqueous, particulate composition comprising, in addition to iron(III) ions, fluoride ions and at least one water-insoluble, dispersed, organic binder, a water-insoluble, dispersed, oxidic pigment possessing high stability with respect to agglomeration, for the autophoretic deposition of organic-inorganic hybrid layers on metal surfaces, the composition further comprising at least one anionic wetting agent which has functional groups selected from sulphonates, phosphonates and/or carboxylates.

La présente invention porte sur une composition particulaire aqueuse acide contenant, en dehors des ions fer (III), des ions fluorure et au moins un liant organique dispersé insoluble dans l'eau, un pigment oxydé dispersé insoluble dans l'eau, avec une stabilité élevée vis-à-vis de l'agglomération pour le dépôt autophorétique de couches hybrides organiques-inorganiques sur des surfaces métalliques, la composition contenant en outre au moins un agent mouillant anionique, qui présente des groupes fonctionnels choisis parmi sulfonate, phosphonate et/ou carboxylate.
