Some of these formations are especially noteworthy because of the richness in endemic species, such as the formations on the rocks or the laurel forests. It is also worth mentioning the original cork oaks forest of the natural spot “Surar de Pinet”, which thrives on calcareous soils of Pinet and Llutxent, and has turned into local natural landscape.
