The present invention pertains to a steering adapter for a touch screen, which comprises: a steering adapter body section, which has a size corresponding to an imaginary steering button portion of a portable terminal that has a touch screen, and a cross supporting pad that comes in contact with an area among imaginary steering buttons; a joystick section provided at the upper portion of the cross supporting pad so as to touch the imaginary steering buttons according to a manipulation by fingers; and a cover section provided in a shape that surrounds the lower portion of the joystick section.
