Being aware of the fact that broadband, without adequate content, is not enough to stop the depopulation of distant islands, the Ministry of Science, Education and Sports, the Central State Administrative Office for e-Croatia, the Croatian Telecommunications Agency, and the Croatian Academic and Research Network (CARNet) have developed a project which enables distance learning in regional schools on poorly inhabited islands by connecting them to schools on the mainland.

Conscient du fait que la large bande, sans un contenu satisfaisant, n’est pas suffisante pour interrompre la dépopulation des îles éloignées, le ministère des Sciences, de l’Éducation et des Sports, le Bureau administratif central pour e-Croatia, l’Agence des télécommunications croate et le Réseau universitaire et de recherche croate (CARNet) ont mis sur pied un projet qui permet l’apprentissage à distance dans les écoles régionales des îles peu habitées en les connectant aux écoles sur le continent.
