Es wird ein Ventil zur Steuerung von Volumenströmen eines Kühlmittels in einem Heiz- und/oder Kühlsystem eines Kraftfahrzeuges mit einem Ventilgehäuse mit mindestens einem Einlasskanal sowie mindestens einem Auslasskanal vorgeschlagen, wobei in dem Ventilgehäuse mindestens eine um die Achse einer Welle drehbar angeordnete Ventilscheibe vorhanden ist, die die Verbindung zwischen dem mindestens einem Einlasskanal und dem mindestens einen Auslasskanal des Ventils beeinflusst, und wobei eine axial an die Ventilscheibe angefederte Federdichtung (39) in dem mindestens einen Auslasskanal angeordnet ist.

Proposed is a valve for controlling volume flows of a coolant in a heating and/or cooling system of a motor vehicle, having a valve housing with at least one inlet duct and with at least one outlet duct, wherein in the valve housing there is provided at least one valve disc which is arranged so as to be rotatable about the axis of a shaft and which influences the connection between the at least one inlet duct and the at least one outlet duct of the valve, and wherein in the at least one outlet duct there is arranged a spring seal (39) spring-loaded axially against the valve disc.
