In a case concerning invasion of private premises, the Supreme Administrative Court referred in its decision (KHO 2002:23) to section 10, subsection 1, of the Constitution, finding that the fishermen had carried out fishing, under their licence for lure fishing issued in accordance with the Fishing Act, too close to the property of a landowner.

En un caso de allanamiento de morada, el Tribunal Supremo Administrativo se remitió en su decisión (KHO 2002:23) al párrafo 1 del artículo 10 de la Constitución, y determinó que los pescadores habían pescado, con una licencia de pesca con cebo artificial obtenida con arreglo a la Ley de pesca, demasiado cerca de una propiedad ajena.

Dans une affaire d’immixtion dans des locaux privés, la Cour administrative suprême a renvoyé, dans son arrêt (KHO 2002 :23), au paragraphe 1 de l’article 10 de la Constitution, estimant que des pêcheurs s’étaient livrés à la pêche sous couvert d’un permis de pêche au leurre délivré conformément à la loi sur la pêche, trop près d’une propriété privée.
