Ce n’est certainement pas là la chose la plus importante, mais il me semble significatif que le chemin de la grâce chez saint Augustin débute, même si ce n’est pas le niveau le plus bas – il y a pire –, en un point très éloigné du sommet et arrive à ce qui peut être considéré comme une apothéose de culture et d’esprit religieux.
