As an additional professional qualification I performed training to become an expert for the evaluation of developed and undeveloped land (surveyor) and after that operated as surveyor as well as author in this field and in the real estate sector, with focus on the real estate and construction law and the legislation relating to the compensation of former owners of assets in the former German Democratic Republic (East Germany) and in the field of law on experts.

J'ai ensuite suivi une formation complémentaire afin d’acquérir la qualification d’expert à l’évaluation des biens fonciers bâtis et non bâtis. J’ai alors travaillé comme expert et auteur dans ce domaine ainsi que dans le secteur immobilier, principalement sur des sujets tels que l'immobilier, le droit de la construction, la législation relative à l'indemnisation des anciens propriétaires dépossédés dans l'ancienne République Démocratique Allemande (RDA - Allemagne de l'Est) et dans le domaine de la loi sur les experts.
