Le projet de développement comprend un terminal (comprenant trois (3) postes de mouillage avec plate-formes d'accès, poteaux d'amarrage, pont sur chevalets / passerelle et pieux), un bassin de remorqueur, huit citernes d'entreposage de GNL et l'infrastructure de soutien comprenant un chemin d'accès, des installations de bureau, une clôture de sécurité et des commodités comme l'eau et l'électricité.
