It is provided as shown in the drawing with a waste gas leading pipe, a linear pipe, an inserting pipe, a connecting pipe, a fixing pipe, a charging pipe, a gas discharge pipe and a branch pipe, and is adapted to preheat a main raw material consisting of directly-reduced iron or small lumps of pig iron, or of auxiliary raw materials consisting of iron alloy and quick lime by utilizing the waste heat of a waste gas generated in a steel making furnace, weighing the resultant raw materials automatically, and charging these raw materials into the electric furnace.

Comme montré dans la figure, un appareil de préchauffage et de chargement de matières premières pour un fourneau électrique est pourvu d'un tuyau d'amenée de gaz perdus, d'un tuyau linéaire, d'un tuyau d'insertion, d'un tuyau de communication, d'un tuyau de fixation, d'un tuyau de chargement, d'un tuyau d'évacuation de gaz, d'une canalisation de dérivation. L'appareil est adapté pour préchauffer une matière première principale constituée de fer directement réduit ou de petits blocs de fonte perdue, ou des matières premières auxiliaires constituées d'un alliage de fer et de chaux vive, en utilisant la chaleur perdue d'un gaz perdu produite par un fourneau d'aciérie; il est en outre adapté pour peser automatiquement les matières premières résultantes et pour charger ces matières premières dans le fourneau électrique.
