Employees whose schedules have been altered for reasons outside their control shall be reimbursed reasonable telephone costs to attend to situations related to the employee’s altered schedule. When an employee is required to proceed outside Canada on authorized government business, the employer shall make the necessary arrangements for obtaining an appropriate passport and/or visa, and any required inoculations, vaccinations, X-rays and certificates of health, at no expense to the employee.
