They concluded that no language was completely acceptable, but that Esperanto could be accepted "on condition of several modifications to be realized by the permanent Commission in the direction defined by the conclusions of the Report of the Secretaries and by the Ido project".

Végezetül a bizottság úgy döntött, hogy semelyik beküldött nyelv nem felelt meg minden követelménynek, de az eszperantó "elfogadható, azon feltétellel, hogy számos változtatást kell a végleges Bizottságnak végrehajtania, amelyek irányát a Titkárok Jelentése (Louis Couturat és Leopold Leau) és az Ido projekt határozza meg".
