وخلال الفترة المشمولة بالتقرير، وقع الحزبان الحاكمان في كلا البلدين، ألا وهما حركة الخلاص الوطني في تشاد وحزب المؤتمر الوطني في السودان، في 3 آذار/مارس 2011 اتفاقا للتعاون يدعو حكومتي البلدين إلى تعميق العلاقات بينهما وتنفيذ الاتفاقات الموقّعة بخصوص المسائل السياسية والاقتصادية والاجتماعية والثقافية.

During the reporting period, the ruling parties of both countries, the Patriotic Salvation Movement of Chad and the National Congress Party of the Sudan, signed on 3 March 2011 a cooperation agreement calling on their Governments to deepen relations and implement signed agreements on political, economic, social and cultural issues.

Durante el período de que se informa, los partidos gobernantes de los dos países, el Movimiento Patriótico de Salvación del Chad y el Partido del Congreso Nacional del Sudán, firmaron el 3 de marzo de 2011 un acuerdo de cooperación en el que instaban a sus Gobiernos a profundizar las relaciones y aplicar los acuerdos firmados sobre cuestiones políticas, económicas, sociales y culturales.

Au cours de la période à l’examen, les partis au pouvoir dans les deux pays, à savoir le Mouvement patriotique du Salut au Tchad et le Parti du Congrès national au Soudan, ont signé, le 3 mars 2011, un accord de coopération dans lequel ils demandaient à leurs gouvernements de resserrer leurs liens et d’appliquer les accords qu’ils avaient conclus dans les domaines politique, économique, social et culturel.
