وفي غياب مساعد لشؤون الميزانية في قسم نزع السلاح والتسريح وإعادة الإدماج، يُقترح إعادة ندب وظيفة منتج إذاعي مساعد من فئة الخدمات العامة الوطنية من مكتب الاتصال والإعلام، ليعمل كمساعد لشؤون الميزانية لكفالة التحكم الكامل في الشؤون المالية المتعلقة ببرنامج الحد من العنف المجتمعي.

In the absence of a Budget Assistant in the Disarmament, Demobilization and Reintegration Section, it is proposed that one national General Service Assistant Radio Producer post be reassigned from the Communication and Public Information Office as Budget Assistant to ensure full control of the finances of the community violence reduction programme.

Il est également proposé de réaffecter un poste d’assistant de production radio (agent des services généraux recruté sur le plan national) du Bureau de la communication et de l’information en tant que poste d’assistant (budget) à la Section du désarmement, de la démobilisation et de la réintégration, qui en est dépourvue, ce qui permettrait de contrôler strictement les finances du programme de lutte contre la violence de voisinage.

Ввиду отсутствия в Секции разоружения, демобилизации и реинтеграции должности помощника по бюджетным вопросам предлагается перепрофилировать одну должность помощника по подготовке радиопрограмм (национальный сотрудник категории общего обслуживания) в Управлении связи и общественной информации в должность помощника по бюджетным вопросам для обеспечения всестороннего контроля за финансовыми средствами, выделенными на осуществление программы сокращения масштабов насилия в общинах.
