The present invention relates to a steel material that enables the enhancement of tensile strength, comprising a first layer consisting of ultra low carbon steel, and a second layer that is located to be in contact with said first layer, has a first surface on the side opposite to said first layer, consists of a solid solution wherein nitrogen is dissolved in said ultra low carbon steel, and has practically the same structure as that of said first layer.

La présente invention concerne un matériau en acier permettant d'améliorer la résistance à la traction, lequel matériau comprend une première couche constituée d'un acier à très faible teneur en carbone et une seconde couche située de manière à être en contact avec la première couche et qui présente une première surface sur le côté opposé à la première couche, la seconde couche étant constituée d'une solution solide; l'azote étant dissous dans l'acier à très faible teneur en carbone; la seconde couche présentant une structure pratiquement identique à celle de la première couche.
