In order to modernize migration procedures and meet the international commitments accepted by Chile in this area, the Ministry of the Interior has developed a proposal that is currently being analysed by other public-sector agencies and will soon be sent to the National Congress for legislative action.

Con el propósito de modernizar la gestión sobre migraciones y cumplir con los compromisos internacionales asumidos por Chile en esta materia, el Ministerio del Interior ha elaborado una propuesta que en la actualidad se encuentra en proceso de análisis de parte de otros actores del aparato público, para su pronto envío al Congreso Nacional para su tramitación legislativa.

Afin de moderniser la gestion des migrations et de respecter les engagements internationaux pris en la matière par le Chili, le Ministère de l’intérieur a préparé une proposition qui est actuellement examinée par d’autres acteurs du secteur public, avant d’être soumise au Congrès national.

В целях модернизации управления миграционными процессами и в соответствии с международными обязательствами Чили по этим вопросам Министерство внутренних дел разработало проект закона, который в настоящее время проходит анализ в других подразделениях государственного аппарата и который предполагается в скором времени направить в Национальный конгресс для прохождения установленной законодательной процедуры.
