You are responsible for ensuring that the Third Party Items and Third Party Services (including the computer systems, Internet connectivity, wireless networks, desktop cryptography implementations and Airtime Services) with which You choose to operate Your BlackBerry Solution meets RIM's minimum requirements, including the processing speed, memory, client software and the availability of dedicated Internet access required for Your BlackBerry Solution as set out in the Documentation, and that You and Your Authorised Users' use of such Third Party Items and/or Third Party Services with Your BlackBerry Solution is not in violation of any licenses, terms, conditions, laws, rules and/or regulations respecting the use of such Third Party Items and Third Party Services.

Usted es responsable de asegurar que los Elementos de terceros y los Servicios de terceros (inclusive los sistemas de computación, la conectividad a Internet, las redes inalámbricas, las implementaciones de criptografía de escritorio y los Servicios de tiempo de conexión) con los cuales Usted elija operar Su Solución BlackBerry cumplan con los requisitos mínimos de RIM, inclusive la velocidad de procesamiento, la memoria, el software del cliente y la disponibilidad de acceso a Internet dedicado, necesario para Su Solución BlackBerry según se indica en la Documentación, y que el uso por Usted y sus Usuarios Autorizados de esos Elementos de terceros y/o Servicios de terceros con Su Solución BlackBerry no violen ninguna licencia, término, condición, ley y/o reglamentación relativa al uso de los Elementos de terceros y Servicios de terceros correspondientes.
