At the solemn opening of the new exhibition in the National Library a welcome speech and an invitation to the exhibition were made by the Head of Saint-Petersburg state Roerich family Museum and Institute Aleksei Bondarenko, the Deputy Minister of Culture of the Republic of Karelia Varvara Lebedeva, the Head of the National Library of Karelia Marina Nikishina and the Head of the Karelian Center of Nicholas Roerich Liliana Zhokhova.
