(6) Der wegen unzulänglicher fachlicher Leistungen entlassene Beamte hat während des in Absatz 7 festgelegten Zeitraums Anspruch auf eine monatliche Entschädigung, die dem monatlichen Grundgehalt eines Beamten der Besoldungsgruppe 1 Dienstaltersstufe 1 entspricht.

6. An official dismissed for incompetence shall, for the period defined in paragraph 7, be entitled to a monthly dismissal allowance equal to the basic monthly salary of an official in the first step of grade 1.
