The Euonymus alatus extract or the fraction thereof of the present invention has excellent effects not only in relieving airway hypersensitivity, and inhibiting infiltration of inflammatory cells into the bronchus, but also in inhibiting generation of IgE in serum and bronchoalveolar lavage fluid and in inhibiting expression of Th2 cytokines (IL-4, IL-5 and IL-13) in the lung.

L'extrait de l'Euonymus alatus ou sa fraction, selon la présente invention présente des effets excellents non seulement de soulagement de l'hypersensibilité des voies respiratoires et d'inhibition de l'infiltration de l'arbre bronchique par les cellules inflammatoires, mais aussi d'inhibition de la production d'IgE dans le sérum et le liquide de lavage broncho-alvéolaire, et d'inhibition de l'expression pulmonaire des cytokines de type Th2 (IL-4, IL-5 and IL-13).

본 발명의 화살나무 추출물 또는 이의 분획물은 기도과민성을 경감시키고, 기관지 내 염증세포 침윤을 억제할 뿐만 아니라, 혈청과 기관지 폐포 세척액 내의 IgE 생성을 억제하고, 폐에서 Th2 사이토카인(IL-4, IL-5 및 IL-13)의 발현을 억제하는 효과가 우수하므로, 현재 사용되는 천식 치료제의 부작용을 극복하고, 독성이 없으면서 치료효과가 탁월한 성분으로서 천식의 예방, 치료 및 개선용 조성물로 유용하게 사용될 수 있다.
