The team is made up of teachers and researchers from the departments of Applied Economics and Finance and Accounting at the University of Valladolid, together with the Statistics Institute at the Austral University of Chile. The team is multidisciplinary and brings together economists specialising in applied economics and finance as well as others with a background in what is purely statistics. This thus provides the right composition to engage in the purpose for which the group was founded, namely research and teaching in cultural economics.

El equipo está compuesto por docentes e investigadores de los Departamentos de Economía Aplicada y Economía Financiera y Contabilidad de la Universidad de Valladolid, así como del Instituto de Estadística de la Universidad Austral de Chile. Se trata de un equipo de carácter multidisciplinar, pues se combinan los economistas de especialización en economía aplicada y economía financiera, junto con otros de formación estrictamente estadística, lo cual representa una composición adecuada para el propósito fundacional, la investigación y docencia en Economía de la Cultura.
