Said system is characterised in that the flexible transfer line (5) is freely suspended between the ends thereof in the transfer position, whereby it is connected to the manifold device (9) of the carrier (1), and in that the transfer line storage device (6) consists of a wheel of the type that comprises a rim and spokes. Said wheel is mounted to the storage unit in order to pivot around an axis (8) which is vertical to the water surface and to rotate around a horizontal axis between a position in which the flexible transfer line is wound around the rim and another position in which said line is at least partially unwound and connected to the carrier (1).

Le système est caractérisé en ce que la conduite de transfert souple (5) est suspendue librement entre ses extrémités dans sa position de transfert connectée au dispositif manifold (9) du navire de transport (1) et en ce que le dispositif de rangement (6) de la conduite comprend une roue du type à jante et rayons, montés sur le poste de stockage, pivotant autour d'un axe (8) vertical au plan d'eau, et rotative autour d'un axe horizontal, entre une position dans laquelle la conduite de transfert souple est enroulée autour de la jante et une position au moins partiellement déroulée de connexion au navire de transport (1).
