وسيقومون بذلك بتوجيه وبإشراف من مدير المركز، في إطار مسؤولياته التنسيقية الشاملة، وعلى أساس الأحكام والمبادئ التوجيهية العامة المتعلقة بالتخطيط التي يصدرها رئيس شعبة التخطيط والعمليات في المقر.

They will do so with advice by and subject to the overall coordinating responsibilities of the head of the Centre and on the basis of general planning provisions and guidelines issued by the head of the Division of Planning and Operations at Headquarters.
