ويذكر الأمين العام أن إسرائيل تواصل تشييد الجدار في الأراضي الفلسطينية المحتلة على امتداد الحدود الشمالية الشرقية للضفة الغربية والقدس الشرقية، مع تسوية الأرض لقسم من الجدار في الشمال الغربي للضفة الغربية، ومع إصدار أوامر بالاستيلاء على الأراضي.

The Secretary-General has stated that Israel continues with the construction of the wall in the occupied Palestinian territory along the north-east boundary of the West Bank and East Jerusalem, with the levelling of land for a section of the wall in the north-west of the West Bank and with the issuance of land requisition orders.
