وتنص المادة 10 من قانون تعزيز المساواة بين الجنسين على أن تكون نسبة تمثيل النساء في مناصب صنع القرارات في مكاتب الإدارات الحكومية المركزية والمحلية ما بين 15 و 40 في المائة.
