As the headquarters of the ADB is in Abidjan, this was the most logical choice for our conference, for the same reason as it was 10 years earlier, in 1983, for the ADB-hosted symposium on small-enterprise development (organized by our committee).

La BAD ayant son siège à Abidjan, il était logique d'y tenir cette conférence, comme ce fut le cas, en 1983, du symposium sur le développement de la petite entreprise ( organisé par le Comité ), parrainé lui aussi par la BAD.
