When a dispute arises between two or more States parties, or between one or more States parties and the Organization, relating to the application or interpretation of this Treaty, the parties concerned shall consult together with a view to the expeditious settlement of the dispute by negotiation or by other peaceful means of the parties’ choice, including recourse to appropriate organs of this Treaty and, by mutual consent, referral to the International Court of Justice in conformity with the Statute of the Court.

En caso de controversia entre dos o más Estados Partes, o entre uno o más Estados Partes y la Organización, en relación con la aplicación o interpretación del presente Tratado, las partes se consultarán con miras a la rápida solución de la controversia mediante negociación o cualquier otro medio pacífico que elijan, entre ellos el recurso a los órganos competentes establecidos por el Tratado, y, por consentimiento mutuo, la remisión a la Corte Internacional de Justicia de conformidad con el Estatuto de ésta.

En cas de différend entre deux ou plusieurs États parties, ou entre un ou plusieurs États parties et l’Organisation, quant à l’interprétation ou à l’application du présent Traité, les parties se consultent en vue de régler rapidement ce différend par la voie de négociations ou par tout autre moyen pacifique de leur choix, y compris en ayant recours aux organes appropriés du Traité et, par consentement mutuel, en saisissant la Cour internationale de Justice conformément au Statut de cette dernière.

При возникновении спора между двумя или более государствами-участниками или между одним или более государством-участником и Организацией в связи с толкованием или применением настоящего Договора соответствующие участники проводят совместные консультации с целью скорейшего урегулирования спора путем переговоров или любыми другими мирными средствами по их выбору, включая обращение в соответствующие органы настоящего Договора и, по взаимному согласию, обращение в Международный Суд в соответствии со Статутом Суда.
