As required for the Executive Body to consider the submissions and agree that the risk profiles were deemed acceptable prior to the Parties to the Protocol initiating review of the proposals, and in accordance with the proposal by the Working Group on Strategies and Review at its thirty-sixth session (EB.AIR/WG.5/78, para. 32(j), the secretariat reported that the submitted dossiers contained material relevant to each element in decision 1998/2, paragraph 1 (a)–(d), and therefore could be deemed acceptable.

Comme prévu pour que l’Organe exécutif se saisisse des communications et juge que les profils de risque étaient acceptables avant que les Parties au Protocole commencent à examiner les propositions, et conformément à la proposition du Groupe de travail des stratégies et de l’examen à sa trente‐sixième session (EB.AIR/WG.5/78, al. j du paragraphe 32), le secrétariat a indiqué que les dossiers soumis renfermaient des éléments intéressant chacune des caractéristiques mentionnées aux alinéas a à d du paragraphe 1 de la décision 1998/2 et pouvaient donc être jugés acceptables.

Исходя из того что Исполнительный орган должен рассмотреть представления и принять решение о том, что характеристики риска являются приемлемыми, до начала Сторонами Протокола обзора предложений, а также учитывая предложение Рабочей группы по стратегиям и обзору, сформулированное на ее тридцать шестой сессии (пункт 32 j)), секретариат сообщил, что представленные досье содержат релевантные материалы по каждому из элементов, перечисленных в подпунктах а) - d) пункта 1 решения 1998/2 и, следовательно, могут быть признаны приемлемыми.
