In the experimental part of the work the ferromagnetic thin films, pn-junctions, Esaki-Zener tunnel diodes, Schottky diodes, and resonant tunnelling diodes were fabricated using Molecular Beam Epitaxy technique for the growth of the Mn doped GaAs layers.
