The law states that, a person shall not subject a child to torture or other cultural practices which dehumanize or are injurious to the physical and mental well being of a child.

De conformidad con esta Ley, ningún niño podrá ser objeto de torturas o prácticas culturales que lo deshumanicen o sean perjudiciales para su bienestar físico o mental.
