ورحَّبت اللجنة بالمقترحات المقدَّمة في تلك المذكرة، وأيَّدت خطة العمل الواردة فيها واتفقت على ضرورة أن تبدأ الأمانة الأعمال التحضيرية تمهيداً للاحتفال بالذكرى السنوية الخمسين لمؤتمر الأمم المتحدة المعني باستكشاف الفضاء الخارجي واستخدامه في الأغراض السلمية في عام 2018 ("اليونيسبيس+50")، وأن تتشاور في هذا الشأن عن كثب مع الفريق المؤلَّف من أعضاء مكتب اللجنة ومكتبي هيئتيها الفرعيتين ("فريق الخمسة عشر") الذي سوف يشكل اللجنة التوجيهية لعملية اليونيسبيس+50.

The Committee welcomed the proposals contained in the note and endorsed the plan of work contained in it, agreeing that the Secretariat should begin the preparatory work in the lead-up to the fiftieth anniversary of the United Nations Conference on the Exploration and Peaceful Uses of Outer Space in 2018 (“UNISPACE+50”), in close consultation with the group of members of the bureaux of the Committee and its subsidiary bodies (the “Group of 15”), which would serve as the steering committee for the “UNISPACE+50” process.

La Comisión acogió con beneplácito las propuestas contenidas en la nota, hizo suyo el plan de trabajo que figuraba en ese documento, y acordó que la Secretaría comenzase la labor preparatoria que se llevaría a cabo durante el período previo a 2018, año de celebración del 50o aniversario de la Conferencia de las Naciones Unidas sobre la Exploración y Utilización del Espacio Ultraterrestre con Fines Pacíficos (“UNISPACE+50”), en estrecha consulta con el grupo integrado por los miembros de las Mesas de la Comisión y sus órganos subsidiarios (“Grupo de los 15”), que desempeñaría la función de comité directivo del proceso “UNISPACE+50”.

Le Comité s’est félicité des propositions contenues dans cette note, a approuvé le plan de travail y figurant, et est convenu que le Secrétariat devrait commencer les travaux préparatoires pour le cinquantenaire de la Conférence des Nations Unies sur l’exploration et les utilisations pacifiques de l’espace extra-atmosphérique (“UNISPACE+50”), en 2018, en étroite consultation avec le groupe constitué des membres des bureaux du Comité et de ses organes subsidiaires (le Groupe des 15), qui ferait office de comité directeur chargé des préparatifs d’UNISPACE+50.

Комитет с удовлетворением принял к сведению содержащиеся в этой записке предложения и одобрил изложенный в нем план работы, согласившись с тем, что Секретариат приступит к подготовительной работе в преддверии пятидесятой годовщины Конференции Организации Объединенных Наций по исследованию и использованию космического пространства в мирных целях в 2018 году ("ЮНИСПЕЙС+50"), в тесном взаимодействии с группой, состоящей из членов бюро Комитета и его вспомогательных органов (Группа 15), которая будет выполнять функции комитета по подготовке к "ЮНИСПЕЙС+50".
