Any person who violates any of the provisions of these Regulations, may be prosecuted under that part of the Criminal Code relating to summary convictions, being part XV of the Revised Statutes of Canada, 1906, Chapter 146, before a Justice of the Peace, the Commissioner of Parks, or the Superintendent of the Parks, who, for the purposes hereof, shall be ex-officio a Justice of the Peace, with jurisdiction anywhere in the Parks, or before any officer of the North West Mounted Police, empowered by law to sit and act as a Justice of the Peace.

Le surintendant d’un parc ou, en son absence, toute personne occupant ses fonctions, ou un garde-chasse, un constable ou un agent de police, peut, à vue, sans mandat ou autre procédure, arrêter et faire comparaître devant un juge de paix, ou devant le surintendant, toute personne prise à contrevenir aux dispositions du présent règlement ou ayant en sa possession du poisson ou du gibier en contravention du présent règlement, pour qu’elle soit traitée selon la loi.
