The tetracycline derivative according to the present invention has excellent antibacterial activity, and unlike existing and commonly used antibacterial agents, has superior antibacterial activity specific to a hepatitis A virus, herpes simplex type 1, herpes simplex type 2, a Varicella-Zoster virus, and a respiratory syncytial virus, and thus can be useful in the pharmaceutical composition for preventing or treating viral diseases caused by the above viruses, such as hepatitis A, herpes simplex, stomatitis, chicken pox, croup, bronchiolitis, bronchitis, and pneumonia.

Le dérivé de tétracycline selon la présente invention il présente une excellente activité antibactérienne, et contrairement aux agents antibactériens existants et couramment utilisés, a une activité antibactérienne supérieure spécifique contre le virus de l’hépatite A, l’herpès simplex de type 1, l’herpès simplex de type 2, le virus varicelle-zona, et le virus syncitial respiratoire, et peut donc être utile dans la composition pharmaceutique pour prévenir ou traiter des maladies virales causées par les virus ci-dessus, telles que l’hépatite A, l’herpès simplex, la stomatite, la varicelle, le croup, la bronchiolite, la bronchite et la pneumonie.

본 발명에 따른 테트라싸이클린 유도체는 우수한 항균활성을 가질 뿐만 아니라, 종래 일반적으로 사용되고 있는 항균제와는 달리 A형 간염 바이러스, 헤르페스 심플렉스 바이러스 1형, 헤르페스 심플렉스 바이러스 2형, 배리셀라 조스터 바이러스 및 호흡기 세포 융합 바이러스에 대하여 선택적인 항바이러스 활성이 뛰어나므로 이들 바이러스에 의해서 발병되는 바이러스성 A형 간염, 단순포진, 대상포진, 구내염, 수두, 크롭, 모세기관지염, 기관지염, 폐렴 등의 바이러스성 질환의 예방 또는 치료용 약학적 조성물 유용하게 사용될 수 있다.
