وتم تقييم البنية التحتية الأساسية لمباني الأمانة العامة باعتبارها لم تُمس، لكنه جرى تكبّد أضرار كبيرة في المنشآت والمعدات في المستوى الثالث من الطوابق السفلية وفي المستويات الأدنى، بالأخص في محطة التبريد، والأماكن المتصلة بالعمليات، ومرافق الطباعة.

The core infrastructure of the Secretariat premises was assessed as being intact, but significant damage to plants and equipment was sustained on the third and lower levels of the basement, most notably to the chiller plant, operations-related spaces and printing facilities.

Las infraestructuras básicas del complejo de la Secretaría se mantuvieron intactas, aunque se registraron daños considerables en las plantas y los equipos situados en el tercer nivel del subsuelo y en los niveles inferiores, sobre todo en la planta de refrigeración, los locales relacionados con las operaciones y las instalaciones de la imprenta.

Selon l’évaluation qui en a été faite, l’infrastructure de base des locaux du Siège était intacte, mais les installations et le matériel avaient subi d’importants dégâts au niveau 3B et aux niveaux inférieurs des sous-sols; tel était particulièrement le cas du dispositif de refroidissement, des locaux techniques et des installations d’imprimerie.

Как показала проведенная оценка, основная инфраструктура здания Секретариата не пострадала, однако были сильно повреждены технические средства и оборудование на третьем подвальном этаже и ниже, главным образом в помещениях, где размещаются система охлаждения, других технических помещениях и типографии.
