يذكِّر بأنه عندما تُدفع المبالغ وفقاً للمقرر 197، وعملاً بأحكام المقرر 18 (S/AC.26/Dec.18 (1994))، يجب على الحكومات والمنظمات الدولية توزيع المبالغ المتلقاة على أصحاب المطالبات الأفراد المحددة أسماؤهم فيما يتعلق بالتعويضات الموافق على دفعها وذلك خلال ستة شهور من تلقي هذه المدفوعات، ويجب عليها أن تقوم، في موعد أقصاه ثلاثة شهور من تاريخ انقضاء هذا الحد الزمني، بتقديم معلومات عن هذا التوزيع؛

Recalls that when payments are made in accordance with decision 197, and pursuant to the terms of decision 18 (S/AC.26/Dec.18 (1994)), Governments and international organizations shall distribute amounts received to the designated individual claimants in respect of approved awards within six months of receiving payment, and shall, not later than three months after the expiration of this time limit, provide information on such distribution,
