【解決手段】生体認証した後、端末から取得した第1の情報と第1のサーバの生体情報に関連する第2の情報とを記憶し、第2のサーバにより第1の情報と第2の情報を用いて第2の情報を更新させ、ICカードで認証した後、第2のサーバに記憶されているID情報に関連する更新させた第2の情報がある場合、端末は更新させた第2の情報のうちICカードに書き込む情報を第2のサーバから取得してICカードに書き込み、更新させた第2の情報を端末がICカードに書き込んだ後、更新させた第2の情報と関連している情報を第2のサーバから削除する、情報管理方法である。
