وزيادة الانضباط في بدء الجلسات في الأوقات المحددة، إلى جانب تحسين التنسيق المسبق مع منظمي المؤتمرات بخصوص الاجتماعات التي تختصر مددها وتوفر لها خدمات الترجمة الشفوية وبخصوص حالات الإلغاء المحتملة، قد ساعدت اللجان على بلوغ المعامل المرجعي المقرر.

Better discipline in starting meetings on time, together with better advance coordination with conference planners with regard to abbreviated meetings with interpretation and possible cancellations had helped the committees to reach the established benchmark.
