If you request that the Services cease immediately on termination, and in any event at the end of the Contract Term, we shall instruct our partners to remove Recordings from all platforms and we shall cease all exploitation, use and distribution of your applicable recordings but we are not responsible for third-party exploitation after the removal instruction has been sent.

En caso de que usted solicite que los Servicios sean suspendidos de inmediato tras la terminación, y en cualquier caso al final de la Vigencia del Contrato, instruiremos a nuestros socios para que retiren las Grabaciones de todas las plataformas y deberemos suspender la explotación, el uso y la distribución de sus grabaciones correspondientes, pero no somos responsables por la explotación que realicen terceros después de que se haya enviado la instrucción de retiro.
