Yo creo que es el momento de reflexión, donde si Uds. hacen las matemáticas, es un gran trabajo del productor, para que Uds. se regalen unos minutos para poder entender el producto, y, primeramente, hacer que sus sentidos entren en interacción con el café para que escuchen lo que el café les quiere decir, y sus emociones van a cambiar total y radicalmente en la apreciación del producto.
