حرص الفريق على تجنب الحالات التي يمكن أن تعرض محاوريه، في السودان خاصة، بمن فيهم الضحايا وشهود العيان، إلى خطر المضايقة أو التهديدات لأمنهم الشخصي من قبل حكومة السودان و/أو أي أطراف أخرى بسبب تعاملاتهم مع الفريق.

The Panel undertook to avoid situations that could expose interlocutors, especially in the Sudan, including victims and eyewitnesses, to a risk of harassment or threats to their physical security by the Government of the Sudan and/or any other parties because of their interactions with the Panel.
