The United States Department of Health & Human Services (HHS), also known as the Health Department, is a cabinet-level department of the U.S. federal government with the goal of protecting the health of all Americans and providing essential human services. Its motto is "Improving the health, safety, and well-being of America". Before the separate federal Department of Education was created in 1979, it was called the Department of Health, Education, and Welfare (HEW).

กระทรวงสุขภาพและบริการมนุษย์สหรัฐ กระทรวงสุขภาพและบริการมนุษย์สหรัฐ () เป็นกระทรวงระดับคณะรัฐมนตรีของรัฐบาลกลาง มีเป้าหมายเป็นการคุ้มครองสุขภาพของชาวอเมริกันทั้งหลาย และให้บริการมนุษย์ตามจําเป็น คําขวัญ คือ "ปรับปรุงสุขภาพ ความปลอดภัย และสวัสดิภาพของอเมริกา" (Improving the health, safety, and well-being of America) ก่อนหน้าที่จะตั้งกระทรวงศึกษาธิการสหรัฐขึ้นต่างหากใน ค.ศ. 1979 กระทรวงนี้เคยชื่อว่า กระทรวงสุขภาพ การศึกษา และสวัสดิภาพ (Department of Health, Education, and Welfare)
