Das gilt beispielsweise für die Meinungsfreiheit, die Justiz, die Korruptionsbekämpfung, die Bekämpfung der Diskriminierung, den Schutz des Kindes und den Schutz von psychisch Kranken, die ausufernde Polizeigewalt, die Bewirtschaftung von Industrie- und Haushaltsabfällen, die Lebensmittelsicherheit und den Umweltschutz, sowie für die Umsetzung des Gesetzes über die Eigentumsrückgabe; ganz zu schweigen – und hier kann ich nur unterstreichen, was ein Kollege bereits gesagt hat – von dem Problem der internationalen Adoptionen, für das auch unter dem neuen Gesetz keine Lösung gefunden worden ist.

That is the case, for instance, with freedom of expression, justice, the fight against corruption, antidiscrimination measures, child protection and the protection of people with mental health problems, the excessive use of force by the police authorities, industrial and domestic waste management, food safety and environmental protection, as well as the implementation of legislation on the return of properties. That is not to mention – and here I absolutely underline what a fellow Member has already said – the international adoptions problem, to which no solution has been found even under the new law.

Näin on asia esimerkiksi sananvapauden, oikeusasioiden, korruption torjunnan, syrjinnän vastaisten toimenpiteiden, lastensuojelun, mielenterveysongelmista kärsivien suojelun, poliisiviranomaisten liiallisen voimankäytön, teollisuus- ja kotitalousjätteen käsittelyn sekä omaisuuden palauttamista koskevan lainsäädännön täytäntöönpanon osalta puhumattakaan – ja tässä korostan sitä, mitä arvoisa kollegani jo sanoi – kansainvälistä adoptointia koskevasta ongelmasta, johon ei ole löydetty ratkaisua edes uuden lain aikana.

Si tratta, ad esempio, di libertà di espressione, giustizia, lotta alla corruzione, misure antidiscriminatorie, tutela dell’infanzia e delle persone con problemi di salute mentale, ricorso eccessivo all’uso della forza da parte delle autorità di polizia, gestione delle scorie e dei rifiuti, sicurezza alimentare e tutela ambientale, nonché dell’applicazione di una legislazione che preveda la restituzione delle proprietà immobiliari; per non parlare poi – e qui desidero assolutamente sottolineare quanto già detto da un collega – del problema delle adozioni internazionali, che non trova soluzione neppure alla luce della nuova legge, che non ha alcun effetto giuridico retroattivo ma che ha imposto di fatto un blocco anche alle famiglie con un processo di adozione già in atto al momento dell’entrata in vigore della moratoria.
