Additionally, pursuant to the regulations on the CNV, when the net balance of other comprehensive income account is positive, it shall not be distributed, capitalized nor used to compensate accumulated losses, and when the net balance of these results at the end of a year is negative, a restriction on the distribution of retained earnings for the same amount will be imposed.

Adicionalmente, de acuerdo a lo establecido por las normas de la CNV, cuando el saldo neto de los otros resultados integrales sea positivo, éste no podrá ser distribuido, capitalizado ni destinado a absorber pérdidas acumuladas; cuando el saldo neto de estos resultados al cierre de un período o ejercicio sea negativo, existirá una restricción a la distribución de resultados acumulados por el mismo importe.
